Like the regular Porcelino White, the square version is made of porcelain and fired for 12 hours at a temperature of 1300°C, making it very strong and lightweight. It is therefore suitable, in addition to domestic use, for hotels and restaurants. The square shapes are also excellent for combining for all kinds of applications (tapas, finger food, sushi, etc.), with or without the wooden trays that fit underneath.
