Shipping policy

ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY

HALO CONCEPT SAS. will use its best endeavours to ensure that orders, accompanied by a delivery note (subject to full payment and successful processing of the order), are delivered within an average timeframe of three to five (3 to 5) working days in mainland France (including Corsica) and Monaco. Deliveries to European Union countries will be made within an average timeframe of four (4) to seven (7) working days.

Any product purchased on the site will be delivered within a maximum of thirty (30) working days from the day following payment of the order, to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order on the Site.

Should the delivery period be exceeded for reasons other than force majeure, the Customer may request cancellation of the sale and obtain a refund of the sums paid in connection with the sale within a maximum of thirty (30) days.

For orders outside France, when a parcel destined for export reaches its destination, the recipient shall be responsible for any applicable taxes or customs duties levied by the country of destination. Local authorities can provide relevant information.

ARTICLE 6: RECEIPT OF ORDER – CLAIMS –

RETURNS

The Customer is required to verify that the Products received correspond to the order at the time of delivery.

Any anomaly relating to the delivery such as:

• damaged parcel,

• missing Products,

• damaged Products,

• Products not corresponding to the order,

must be reported within fifteen (15) working days following receipt of the order.

This notification should be sent to the site's customer service either:

- By registered post, writing to the following address: HALO CONCEPT SAS
- By email to contact@haloconcept.com

After this period, and except in the case of hidden defects, no claim will be accepted by HALO CONCEPT SAS., the Products then being deemed compliant.

For any return of non-compliant Products, the Customer must follow the procedure below:

• the Customer must include with their parcel the return slip issued by HALO CONCEPT SAS.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in impeccable condition to HALO CONCEPT SAS

• The risks and costs of return are borne exclusively by the Customer.

Once the non-compliance has been established, HALO CONCEPT SAS. will offer the Customer either:

• replacement of the Product(s) at the expense of HALO CONCEPT SAS., or

• reimbursement of the order price (price of the Products and delivery charges) as well as the return costs of the non-compliant Product, within thirty (30) days at the latest from the date on which the site's customer service sends notification confirming the non-compliance.

In the event of a refund, HALO CONCEPT will refund the full amount for the returned products that are deemed compliant, together with the shipping costs incurred, with the exception of taxes and customs duties paid by the customer upon delivery.

Cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted. Upon receipt of a non-compliant item, HALO CONCEPT will refund the postal return costs up to the rate (Colissimo delivery without registered service) listed by La Poste as of 1st March of the current year. The Customer must provide proof of the return costs incurred to Customer Service, by email or by post.

In the event of abnormal or abusive claims, HALO CONCEPT SAS. may refuse to fulfil any subsequent order.
