The House of Lyria
Born of haute couture, The House of Lyria now brings its textile universe into the realm of interior architecture. Drawing on a rich creative heritage and a distinctive authorial vision, the house creates collections designed to enhance homes, hotels and exceptional spaces, bringing depth of material, emotion and timeless elegance to every interior.
An Italian textile house based in Prato, at the heart of the Tuscan wool tradition, The House of Lyria was founded by Riccardo Bruni, whose singular vision weaves together memory, travel and experimentation. Every creation is born of an ongoing dialogue between time-honoured artisanal techniques and contemporary research, giving rise to fabrics of unique character — alive and enduring.
Inspired by nature and the wabi-sabi philosophy, the collections favour natural fibres such as linen, wool and cotton, worked through sometimes unexpected processes. Textures are rich and tactile, while the soft, patinated colours — drawn from organic pigments — evoke the earth, the forests and the passage of time.
Each textile signed The House of Lyria bears the trace of the human hand and tells its own story. An imperfect, authentic beauty — deliberately untamed, as though the fabric had already lived a life — lending interiors soul, depth and lasting emotion.
