Jars Céramistes is a French ceramics manufacturer founded in 1857 by Pierre Jars in a small village in the Drôme, in the South of France. A founding vision: to combine beauty and usefulness.

The craftsmanship and techniques of Jars Céramistes have been passed down for more than a century and a half, from ceramist to ceramist, with closely guarded workshop secrets that perpetuate the meticulous work and the Living Heritage Company designation of its founders. Each piece is unique, shaped in stoneware and fired at high temperature — known as “grand feu” — at 1280°C in their atelier in Anneyron. Plates, bowls, carafes... the hardest part will be choosing!
