This is a handcrafted product, woven from unique linen yarns. Any slight imperfections in the fabric or fringes are entirely natural and a testament to its handmade character.

A little history:

It all began with the summer 2015 collection, when the Libeco designer set out to create a beautiful towel — a piece with a bohemian spirit, finished with fringes, neither too light nor too heavy.

After many weaving experiments, the perfect cloth emerged — a truly magical moment. A few years on, this fouta had evolved into a wonderfully versatile, multi-purpose piece. This generous fouta is far more than a simple beach towel. Draped over a sofa at home, it instantly transforms a room. Use it as a table runner or tablecloth, a sarong, or a bedspread…

Since then, Libeco has introduced two further sizes: a guest towel and a smaller hand towel that doubles beautifully as a placemat. The possibilities are endless.
