A magnificent pure washed-linen fouta by Libeco, equally at home as a throw, tablecloth, bed covering or towel.

Wonderfully soft, highly absorbent and effortlessly decorative.

This is a handcrafted product, woven from individual linen yarns. Slight imperfections in the weave and fringes are entirely natural and bear witness to the skill of the artisan.

A little history:

It all began with the summer 2015 collection, when the Libeco designer set out to create a beautiful towel — a piece with a bohemian spirit, perhaps with fringing, neither too light nor too heavy.

After numerous weaving trials, the perfect cloth revealed itself. A truly magical moment. A few years on, this fouta evolved into a wonderfully versatile everyday essential. It is far more than a simple beach towel. Draped over a sofa at home, it instantly transforms a room. Laid as a table runner or tablecloth, tied as a pareo, or spread across a bed — the possibilities are endless.

Since then, Libeco has introduced two further sizes: a guest towel and a small hand towel that doubles beautifully as a placemat. So many ways to enjoy it.
