This is a handcrafted piece, woven from unique linen yarns. Any slight imperfections in the fabric or fringing are entirely natural and a testament to its handmade character.

A little history:

It all began with the summer 2015 collection, when Libeco's designer set out to create a beautiful towel — a bohemian piece, most likely fringed, neither too light nor too heavy.

After a series of weaving experiments, the perfect cloth emerged. A truly magical moment. A few years on, this fouta evolved into a wonderfully versatile, multi-purpose piece. Far more than a simple beach towel, it looks equally stunning draped over a sofa at home, instantly transforming a room. Use it as a table runner or tablecloth, a sarong, a bedspread — the possibilities are endless.

Since then, Libeco has introduced two further sizes: a guest towel and a small hand towel that doubles beautifully as a placemat. So many ways to use them.
