This raw linen cloth is wonderfully versatile — it works beautifully as a tablecloth, of course, but so much more besides. The 250×250cm size is equally perfect as a bedspread, delightfully soft and sumptuous. It makes a sublime picnic blanket, a relaxed throw over a sofa, and some will even hang it as a curtain.

This raw linen cloth is crafted from naturally textured French linen. Its character, achieved simply through washing, lends it both a softness and a pleasing roughness that is wholly particular to this fibre. The edges are lightly fringed, celebrating the honest, natural quality of the material.

This raw linen is untreated, with a wonderfully soft, plush handle.

Linen is an eco-conscious material: every part of the fibre is put to use, it is fed almost entirely by rainfall, and its deep roots in French soil mean it can be grown without GMOs.

It is also one of nature's great thermoregulators — warm in winter, refreshingly cool in summer.

Machine washable at 30°C.

Tumble drying is permitted for extra softness.

Do not iron, so as to preserve its beautiful texture.
