Tourmaline, an exceptional mineral, exists in many varieties, some of them multicoloured.
A little history... Sharing was born from a love at first sight for a necklace found by Katia Samson on a trip. That necklace would lead her to meet three Tibetan nuns. They were exiled in India after long years in prison in Lhasa for taking part in a peaceful demonstration against the Chinese occupation. There, the three nuns learned to make delicate jewellery from fine stones linked by a thread.Since 2009 the three nuns have been refugees in Belgium and they continue to make Sharing jewellery. Sharing has also grown through new encounters and new creations. The workshops are based in Dharamsala, in Kashmir and in Rajasthan.
Each piece of jewellery is unique, made of faceted fine stones and thread. Refined and poetic, these pieces have a soul and a story, like little sparks of light and joy, and they are a bond that connects us.
